FREE DESIGN PROJECT for your house or apartment when you order a turnkey renovation implemented by our studio.
Promotion terms:
· We provide you with a preliminary estimate for the renovation. We discuss details. You decide to enter into a renovation contract with us.
· We develop a design project for you. Details can be obtained by phone or by leaving a request on the website.
· You pay for the project cost. 50% - advance payment and 50% upon project completion.
· We sign a renovation contract and start the renovation. Work can begin at the semi-completion stage of the design project.
· You pay for the work upon completion, in stages, according to the estimate. The estimate will be adjusted after the design project is completed.
· From the final payment for the renovation-construction works, we will deduct the amount paid by you for the design project. This will be stipulated in the renovation contract.
· To receive a design project for free when ordering a renovation, please submit a request on the website or call.
